Idiots, Bomb Threats, and NO SCHOOL.

The weirdest thing happened yesterday. So, I got to school around 6:57 that morning. I was carrying a bag of donuts because there was a mini party going on in my 3rd/4th period. As my cousin and I walked to the cafeteria, we noticed how empty the school looked. Usually there would be a couple of groups of people walking around outside and in the cafeteria. We didn't really think anything of it. So, we ate our breakfast and sat there. The cafeteria still empty.

Then, all of a sudden, a swarm of people walk into the cafeteria. And teachers, as well! One of my friends informed me that it was a bomb threat. We didn't think of it as a big deal because it was probably some idiot student saying random things. After about maybe 40 minutes later, the teachers and supervisors announced we go walk to the Freshman parking lot. This was when things got real.

We waited outside in the freezing, cold weather for about another 30-40 minutes until a bus came to pick us up and take us to a church near by. We, my cousin and brother, waited inside the church for my cousin's mom to come pick us up and take us home. It was only 10 in the morning, too. And apparently, because of the bomb threat, school was cancelled.

Well, my Friday was interesting!

Happy Thanksgiving!

AH, Thanksgiving break. A whole week off of school! It feels great. ;) But school starts up again in 4 days. That's depressing, haha. Oh well, this break was truly amazing! Last Saturday, I went with a group of friends to see Breaking Dawn. HOLY. That movie... it is too great for words. The moral of Breaking Dawn? Don't have sex. You'll get pregnant and Die! [x] JUST KIDDING.

Today, I'm going to eat like a king... uh queen? Whatever, just as long as I get to EAT. NO REGRETS. I'll probably eat so much that I won't be able to see my toes anymore, because my stomach is going to expand from all the food I'm going to devour.

BLACK FRIDAY. Who's going? I am! I'm going with my cousin, woo! I can't wait. I am literally going to shop until I get disgusted of shopping, haha. This will be my second year attending black Friday! Last year, I went to Walmart. I'm going to the mall this year!

Yeah, I'm excited.

I'm ready for a break.

Pretty much spent my weekend hanging at the mall. I went with a group of friends Saturday to the movies to watch Jack and Jill. HILARIOUS. Loved that movie! I recommend it. :) Well, Thanksgiving break is near! After this week of school, I get a week OFF of school. Exciting, yeah? I would like to think so! And since it's the second 9 weeks, we get to be exempt from exams! I don't think I have to take any of my exams... except for Algebra II.

UGH, I hate that class. I'm positive I'm going to fail the exam, as well. I fail every test I take in that class! My teacher is a good teacher... it's just that in Math, you learn so many lessons in a small amount of time and I can never memorize each step in each lesson. In all honesty, my brain doesn't have the capacity for any kind of math. ): and I hate it.

I hate being sick.

I have the flu. SIGH. I feel a lot better now than this morning. I was in so much pain earlier today! My back, legs, and arms were throbbing, I had a headache, I was so cold but I had the highest fever ever and my face was super hot. All I did was sleep all day! Thank goodness I'm feeling a lot better. My mom made me chicken soup (after I begged and pleaded) and it was delicious! My dad bought me some subway, but I didn't really eat much of it.

Oh, and Happy Halloween! It's on Monday; I'm so excited.

UPDATE;
I had a Kidney Infection, not the flu. I feel a whole lot better now, thank goodness!

More ranting about school...

I hate exams, but I'm glad they're over with. No school tomorrow, because it's Columbus Day (or something like that.) I'M SO HAPPY. I really don't like school. Yeah, I know school is good, and I need my education, blah, blah... but 1. it's super boring, 2. some teachers don't know how to teach, and 3. why the heck do we need to do senior projects JUST to graduate? I thought State Tests determined whether or not we graduate?

October already?

Wow, it's already October! It feels AMAZING outside today. I wish it felt like this everyday. So, I went to the fair yesterday! It was great... but I got sick and threw up chunks when I got home, hahaha. I shouldn't have ridden so many rides so many times! I saw a lot of my friends/family there! It was a great night. (:

I can feel the cold weather.

Friday's are the best! But today sucks. Stuck at home with nothing to do! All my friends are going to this party, "Black Out." I didn't want to go (not my kind of thing) and my dad wouldn't let me, but that was fine, because I was SUPPOSE to be going to the fair with a couple of friends... but they lied about something, and we got into this huge argument, and my mom went off on her mom... and now I'm home and bored.

Other than that, I'm doing great. (: The weather was gorgeous today. There was this Health Fair thing today at school and my class went! I got myself checked out: I weigh 106 lbs! I'm 5'4 (pretty tall, right?) and my blood pressure was 106/72, which is really good (or so the nurse says.)

Why I Don't Wear Make-up.

Got this idea from Sulz! Three reasons why I don't wear make-up.

1.) I'm lazy.
I really wouldn't like having to put on make-up every morning (SO EARLY IN THE MORNING) either for school or hanging out with friends... OR having to worry about whether my mascara is messed up from yawing, or if my eyeliner is running.

2.) It's costly.
So, I hear if you don't get the expensive kinds, it will mess up your face: (make you break out, rash, etc.) I know a girl that get's eyeliner for $12 every month, because she uses it so much, she runs out of it really quick. So, she's spending $144 a year just for eyeliner? Goodness!

3.) My family.
My parents actually prefer me without make-up. They hadn't really explained why, but that's just fine, because I prefer myself without make-up, as well. Sure, I look pretty with make-up on, and I get a lot of complements from my friends on it, but it takes time putting that stuff on, and like I mentioned before, I'm VERY lazy.

Not very good reasons, but they're MY reasons. (:

I can't decide...

I'm thinking about getting out of Algebra II, because it isn't required for me to graduate. I'm not going directly to a four year college, but I hear it's good to have taken that class... I cannot stand it. Math is the only subject I can't comprehend. No matter how many times my teacher teaches and goes over it, it won't stay in my head. I would rather have two English classes instead of Math.

UGH, I don't know what to do.

Hey September.

Time goes by very fast. It's already the second month of school! My classes are great... except for Algebra II. I'm already failing that class. Not so great. I hate math. I loathe it. UGH, I'm so happy I won't need a math class next year, but by the way things are looking, I might have to retake Algebra II my senior year. ):

Wow, senior year is next year for me. I'm getting excited and nervous at the same time, because I wonder how it feels like to be an ADULT. -- "Your not grown until your out on my own." My mom's quote. So basically, she means, "As long as your living under my roof, you follow my rules."

Second day of school was today! It was great. (: My first day was yesterday, but I was exhausted because I hadn't gotten any sleep. But I saw all my teachers, my classes, the people in my classes, and my best friends. ♥ Although I was fasting today, (I WAS SO HUNGRY) I was extremely hyper and happy!

thursday: my last day of school! about 2 hours later, i went over a friends house and we partied, because we were excited that SCHOOL WAS FINALLY OVER WITH.

friday: went to the mall with friends. had a blasttt! even though plans were changed, nothing brought us down... well, one of my friends was a little upset, haha. driving was the fun part, though. samantha recorded me singing, to grenade by bruno mars, out the window... EMBARRASSING. and i accidently touched her BOOB. but it's okay, 'cause im not gay, tehe. it was funny, though... and i almost ran into a car. nice nadine.

saturday (yesterday): i went to see off a really close friend of mine. we went out to eat at sonic (VERY CLASSY) lolol... but i hate her, because she's going to FLORIDA... ugh.

and today im gonna chill at home, but tomorrow, im getting feathers in my hair. (: im excited.

summer 2011.

i absolutely cannot wait for school to get out for the summer. today was one of the lamest days at school. maybe because a couple of my friends weren't there and because we had to go to 4th period, but meh. it got better 5th, 6th, and 7th period, though. ;) and then it got lame again during 8th. UGH, boring. i almost died. but then the bell rang, and i was like, "IT'S FRIDAY, FUN FUN FUN."

but, when i got home, i slept like a baby. yeah.

the weather was bipolar today.

today was a crazy day. tornado warnings. state test. HUNGER PANGS. i was so hungry. but serena and meridan fixed that for me. :) i love them. hung out with samantha, kadie, and this really nice girl i had met after school today... guess where? in the bathroom. because of a tornado warning! it sucked. but it was fun! kadie was acting funny, making us laugh, and samantha was being slow. THE USUAL.

talking to samantha right now. im gonna be so upset when she graduates. leaving me behind. sad face. :( ugh, overall, today was crazy, but in a good way. this morning, meridan and i talked just like old times. serena, miranda, and i like eating peppermints. WINK. samantha thinks im obsessed with jesus now, hahaha. "IT'S A SIGN FROM JESUS." :D i love them alllll. OH and i can't forget about my cousin, yasmine. she's family!

spring break.

i just watched Skins. (: and i must say... Jesse Carere, who plays Chris, is fiiiine. maybe even finer than Justin Bieber. just maybe. anyways... it's spring break. it's a very boring spring break, but im not ready to return to school. state english test. oh my gawd. im scared. im going to fail it. i know i am.

my school is lame.

i don't understand why we need so many things in order to graduate. state tests, senior projects, passing grades, etc. why can't we just graduate with passing grades? it would make our lives a lot more simpler.

it wouldn't make ANY sense if a senior had passing grades, and finished their senior projects, BUT they failed their state test. does this mean they can't graduate? even though they have straight A's on their report cards, and reached their requirements on the senior project? i don't understand.

guess what i'm doing...

i'm laying in bed with a sore throat and running nose. i hate getting sick. ): my nose is always turning red, and my voice sounds like a dying cat. i have to blow my nose EVERY 5 minutes. urgh. and today's a Saturday. oh well. i'm downloading songs onto my ipod, drinking tea (YUM), and eating a sandwich.

oh, and last night, i fell in love all over again. justin bieber's new movie was shockingly good. at first, i was kinda not into justin bieber as much as i was during my freshman year, but after that movie. oh gawd. orgasmic... now, excuse me while i go blow my nose.

rain again? urgh.

it's raining again today. it's been raining almost all week, except for wednesday and thursday. today's friday, obviously, and im going out to the movies with my bffutwe, lauren. (: im so excited!

yesterday, i was going crazy because i wanted to take pictures. really bad! so i kept telling all my friends, "we're taking pictures today!" over and over again, haha. i think they got annoyed. but it's okay, because we took a lot of really pretty pictures.

ugh, this rain makes me upset. rain isn't a big deal to me when im at home, but when it's at school, when im trying my best to look good (which FAILS) that's when it gets annoying. my blue converses got all wet and muddy and my north face back pack smells like rain and grass. gross.

but anyways, i just took a shower, i feel super clean and kinda tired, haha. yesterday i watched Skins. :) omfg, i think chris is my favorite character. he's so bad, yet so innocent! and he's cute, too.

ok, so im a BIG procrastinator. my english teacher assigned my class an essay Wednesday, January 19th, and it's due tomorrow. AND i haven't even started on it. daaaaaang. i really don't feel like doing it. i hate english. and math. except, im good in english, but not math.

well, today i got an application from this bookstore/coffee shop at the mall, Barns & Nobles, with my best friend, Lauren, and i just finished filling it out. im gonna turn it in tuesday. i hope i get the job! (: seriously, i need money.
