Time flies and lessons learned.

It doesn't even feel like I've graduated five months ago. It's going to be Thanksgiving soon, then Christmas and in two months, it'll be 2014. Then it'll be my brothers turn to graduate! Time flies by so quickly. Sometimes I wish it would go by a little slower. I just can't believe it. It's like, when you're in a class you dislike, you want to get out of there as soon as possible. You want time to go by faster. But when you're with a friend or doing something you actually enjoy, you never want it to end.

I've been thinking lately how cool it would be to just go back in time. There are a few things I would love to change and do differently. But I don't regret anything I've done in the past. No regrets, just lessons learned. I've also learned that hiding how you really feel and trying to make everyone happy doesn't make you nice, it just makes you a liar. Don't be someone you aren't just to impress people.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm very thankful for everything... and it's not even Thanksgiving yet. ;)

What to do...?

Well, it's been a while. Almost a year since I've posted anything, and a lot has happened since my last post. School and class changes are the least of my worries right now... not that I'm worrying about it. I've graduated since then. I'm a freshman in college now and it sucks. I hate college. High school was bearable. I just want to drop out right now, to be honest. But I really want to pursue becoming a Dental Hygienist. I don't want to spend the rest of my life working a fast food restaurant.

Speaking of fast food. I'm not as content with my job as I was when I started working. I said I liked it in my previous posts, but it kind of sucks now. A lot of my old friends who worked there have quit and we have all of these newer people, and it's not the same. A lot of things have changed. Also, drama at work. It's not the greatest thing in the world. I was put in a situation I never thought I would EVER be in. Hopefully its all in the past now.

Back to school... and schedule changes.

It's the second semester and I still can't believe I'm graduating this May!

So, I went back to school Friday, and I'm pretty happy with my classes. WELL, except for my third block. My schedule was changed without me even knowing. I was suppose to take a math class, but because I "have all my math credits", someone decided I should take THEATER instead of math. I don't dislike theater, but I was so unprepared for it and I'm not much of a theater person. I'm trying to change classes, but it might take a while considering the other kids who are trying to get their schedules changed as well.

It was a great way to start school again...

Christmas Already!

I can't believe its almost 2013. I'm pretty excited, but my birthday is in January and I guess I'm not looking forward to getting older. It's also been a while since I've posted anything! I've just been busy with school ever since the summer ended. Being a senior is fun, but I had to do a lot of work. I'm happy to say that I am DONE with Senior Project and now I can begin the fun part of my senior year next semester.

Other then school, there's work. I QUIT working at the Pretzel Twister sometime in September because I had enough of everything; lack of workers, the lazy employees, the selfishness, etc. But I found a new job, and I'm content with it.

Summer 2012...?

Oh my goodness... is it really summer already? Time is flying by! May is almost over with, as well! And I'm going to be a senior when the new school year begins. ;) I'm still working at the pretzel twister, but now I'm more familiar with everything and everyone. I'm not exactly good friends with my co-workers (partly because I have nothing in common with any of them) but they're great people! And I get paid tomorrow. Oh yes.

WHICH REMINDS ME. I have extremely sad news. My laptop, that I have had since I was 13, is getting old and slow. I'm in love with this laptop... but it seems like it's time for a new one. Haha, I would really like a Macbook, though.

So... it's summer and all I'm doing is working. All of my friends are either busy with work or on vacation. I wish I was going somewhere this summer! Fingers crossed.
